Programmes, and the discipline behind them
Solutions combine individual services into one agreement. Underneath, the same operating standards apply to every customer, whatever the mix.
Four ways customers combine our services
Retail estate programme
Daily or weekly collections, change delivery, processing and group reporting for multi-site retailers.
Banking network programme
Branch movements, surplus removal and vault balance handling aligned to a treasury calendar.
ATM estate programme
Forecast-led cycles, cassette preparation, replenishment runs and availability reporting.
Custom business programme
A combined design for organisations whose cash flow does not fit a standard package.
Security built into every step of the cash cycle
Trained crews, documented procedures and continuous oversight — from collection point to vault.
Our security posture rests on written procedures, vetted people, controlled access, monitored facilities and reviewed performance data — applied consistently across every depot, vehicle and processing line.
Staff training
Crews and facility staff complete role-based training covering handover discipline, situational awareness, safe vehicle operation and escalation. Refreshers run on a fixed cycle with documented sign-off, and new procedures are briefed before they take effect.
Operating procedures
Every handover point has a written procedure: who is present, what is scanned, what is signed and what happens when something does not match. Deviations must be recorded, and recurring deviations trigger a procedure review.
Data protection
Customer records, schedules and reports are stored on a least-privilege basis, encrypted in transit, and retained only for as long as the service agreement and internal retention schedule require. Personal data is limited to the contact details needed to run the service.
Access controls
Physical access to depots, processing floors and vault space is granted by role and reviewed periodically. System access uses named accounts, multi-factor sign-in and separation between operational and administrative permissions.
Risk management
Routes, sites and service types are risk-assessed before onboarding and reassessed after any incident or material change. Assessments feed crew sizing, timing and journey planning rather than sitting in a folder.
Monitoring & review
An operations control room oversees journeys in progress, processing areas operate under camera coverage, and service performance is reviewed with customers on an agreed cadence with exceptions listed openly.
How a programme starts
A predictable four-stage start so nothing depends on informal knowledge.
- 1
Discovery: sites, volumes, trading hours, access notes and current pain points.
- 2
Design: proposed service mix, frequency, float levels and reporting outputs.
- 3
Deployment: site setup, contact verification, crew briefing and a phased first cycle.
- 4
Review: performance against agreed targets, with adjustments recorded in writing.
Everything ends up in a record you can use
- Per-site collection and delivery events
- Container-level reconciliation lines
- Difference and exception logs
- ATM visit outcomes and cycle performance
- Downloadable service statements
- Group roll-up across all sites
